Change is constant; if we are not improving we are falling behind because the competition is improving. Acknowledging that we don’t like change is the first step for working through change. It is important to understand we all react differently and to acknowledge those differences. Then we can initiate new beginnings and begin to let go of elements of the past. This session will then provide insights on how to take positive action during a difficult time of transition. Mike will be using elements from The Servant Manager: 203 Tips from the Best Places to Work in America along with current research on this topic for today’s presentation.
